JC's RV Inspections and more

We just had Justin come out to inspect a brand new RV for us. I can’t tell you how glad I am that we did. Justin is an excellent communicator. I contacted him on his website and got a response in minutes. We arranged our inspection about a week later. He keep in contact during the week and was very quick to respond to many questions I had leading up to the inspection. His rate was very reasonable for what we got in return. Payment was very easy. Now the inspection- Justin found several issues that one would not expect from a new RV. The bed over the cab wouldn’t lower. We had an a/c unit that wouldn’t cool or heat (it’s also a heating unit). The fins on both ac units were bent. There was a screw missing from the side view mirror (minor but it’s brand new!). And the decorative molding on one of the windows was detached in one of the corners. His attention to detail is amazing. We received an incredibly thorough report the next day about all systems in the RV and everything in between. We also were provided with a list of things to take back to the dealer to fix before we take possession. He was a great guy to work with, and I’m so glad we hired him. I highly recommend Justin.
